Zoho Security Rocks

Its about one of our security personnel(LGP Bharath) and whose excellence in handling Paintshop during the leisure hours. I accidentally saw him drawing something very seriously and on finding the image he had drawn, i was just amazed of its details. His attempt to provide 3D looking curves and edges through this basic tool is really artistic. Probably i might be overwhelmed since it has been delivered from an unexpected person who hardly used to computers, but the image is actually coool. Have a look at it.

  2. Reminds me of Tabu's character in Rajiv Menon's Kandukondaen Kandukondaen. Guess you must be equivalent of the Raghuvaran character. What are you going to do, help fire him from his current job and help him join AdventNet Art University ?

Now, almost all young people have computer knowledge. It is easy for someone, like say - one of the office janitors, to actually start using the office resources (like unlocked test/user machines) both for constructive purposes (like, to learn programming) or for destructive purposes including but not limited to downloading unauthorized content, uploading proprietary data and installing programs to enable proxy tunnels to intranet (equivalent of an unauthorized VPN).

Related : In Intranet blogs, search for "Industrial Espionage".

  3. @Thiyagu, Actually i just gained the credit by exposing him first. A guy with such a passion towards the details will anyway be exposed as soon by somebody if not me.

@R.Raj, it was surprise to know that u landed on my blog, probably "zoho security" sends u the alert.

I dont think he will be fired and that too for this reason, if suppose then i would very well say that it will become a huge turning point of his life. Because what he was mad about doing has a potential market outside if properly approached.

I too agree that most of the office janitors(and ur thought towards their ability is a bit too much i think ;)) has little computer knowledge now-a-days. But the perception of using the tool and the urge to produce the quality of output(he actually not satisfied with the current output also and he gave this image on my request) is what makes someone stand different, right.

  5. Vivek :
You should actually encourage him to take some training in his free hours and switch career. I was serious about the AAU suggestion.
