Poli Stall - Impressive Indeed

Today i just thought of writing about a small restaurant at velachery which consistently impressing me. Usually i get bored of taking breakfast at same place but to my surprise i'm not getting bored with this tiny restaurant.

Poli Stall is the name of this restaurant located near by to vijayanagar bus stand in velachery. Though you cant claim the taste as the best in the industry but the way they serve adds value to the things they served. It is a self-service food stall doing it at its excellence.

I'm very much impressed with the customer experience they provide to us. And most importantly its been a long time since i have found their owner around. But still everything is doing fine, nobody is there to command or supervise, they just lead by themselves. I'm finding everyone as a leader in someway or the other.

And their employee concern is also impressive. They wont restrict their employees to take the food during the peak hours which is not the usual way in most of the hotels wherein the servers have to take the food at the end of the session. I hope these kind of little freedom really makes them being a happy employee, who in turn transforming the happiness to their customers. And whom doesn't want to go again and again where there is pleasant moments waiting for him.

And towards the quality, they are nowhere underneath the so-called popular hotels around the town like "Rathna Cafe"; Rathna cafe is an ignominious comparison though, being their customer experience well known to be poor. In RC, you can always find the server quarrels to the supervisor or the other way around. As a result, you will end up with a irated server asking for your order, which certainly creates some panic in our belly to make sure that we behave ourselves nicely with him to avoid any aftermath consequences of the just then incidence. And it keeps me wondering why the hell these big restaurants can't get the key thing(humility) which is identified by the smaller ones like poli stall.

Coming back to polistall, in recognizing their customer experience, their customer base keeps on increasing which in turn lets them grow rapidly.To everyone's expectation i hope they will surely be evolved as a big restaurant in few years time. And its worth a case study for the title "brand building at the earliest". But the million dollar question is, how far they feel small to keep their trademark humility when they are growing bigger.

At present, I would very well recommend you this restaurant if you are very much puzzled to choose one in velachery to take food regularly.
